NASHVILLE, Tenn. – It’s the scandal that should send shivers down the spine of every American who values their constitutional freedoms. A tangled web of government collusion, foreign influence, and Big Tech compliance has been laid bare in the explosive lawsuit filed by Ty and Charlene Bollinger against the Department of State and others.

This isn’t merely another case of Big Tech censorship. No, what we’re seeing is something far darker—a premeditated, government-coordinated campaign to silence dissenting voices. And the smoking gun? The so-called “Disinformation Dozen” report, authored by the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH), was not the independent exposé it pretended to be. Instead, it was a state-sponsored hit list.

A Preplanned Assault on Speech?

The evidence is damning. According to the Bollingers’ lawsuit, the White House worked hand-in-glove with the CCDH, leveraging its foreign ties to craft a chilling censorship campaign. Facebook’s internal “vaccine hesitancy” data was handed to the CCDH to create a narrative that labeled dissenters as threats to public health. The infamous “Disinformation Dozen” report, released in March 2021, conveniently aligned with a pre-orchestrated Congressional hearing on misinformation.
